All orders ship from our US distribution facility. This policy applies to all research compound orders placed through Solara Peptide Research.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Items marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available for shipment. If you submit a Notify Me request, you will be contacted when inventory becomes available. Pre-orders, if offered, will display estimated ship windows at checkout. You may cancel a pre-order at any time for a full refund.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays due to carrier disruptions, weather, or holidays are outside our control. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
All Solara research compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and are stable at room temperature during transit. Cold pack shipping is not offered or required. Upon receipt, store compounds according to the specifications on your Certificate of Analysis.
Orders are packed in discreet, sealed packaging. Vials are individually secured to prevent breakage during transit. Each order includes the corresponding batch number for COA verification. A Certificate of Analysis is accessible via your product's Accumark or Janoshik verification link.

We ship to residential and commercial addresses within the United States. PO Box delivery may be limited by carrier — please use a physical address when possible to avoid delays.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please:
Orders not received after 14 business days from the ship date, where the carrier does not confirm delivery, qualify for a replacement or refund under our refund policy. Carrier confirmation of non-delivery is required.
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with UPS to file a claim and arrange a replacement.
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Solara Peptide Research is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address corrections after shipment may incur a carrier intercept fee.
