We offer one flat-rate shipping option via USPS or UPS for all domestic orders within the United States.

2Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after shipment
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays

4Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no reference to the product contents on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.

Products are packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Cold-sensitive products include appropriate protective materials.

5Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any jurisdiction where research compounds are restricted or prohibited.

6Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:

• Include photos of any damage
• We will file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund

7Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after fulfillment may not be possible.
