Due to the nature of our research compounds and strict quality control standards, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you have a quality concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following situations:
- Damaged in transit — product arrived visibly damaged or compromised
- Wrong item shipped — you received a different product than ordered
- Underfilled vials — vial tests 15% or more under labeled weight (use code UNDERFILLED25 for 25% off next order)
- Non-delivery — order not received after 14 business days and carrier confirms lost
3How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach photos if the issue is damage or wrong item
- We will respond within 2 business days
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Orders where incorrect shipping address was provided
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
- Orders older than 7 days from delivery date
5Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to cancel.
